Stayed here for a week in late Nov, early Dec. Overall it's a great hotel and I'd strongly recommend. The staff really go out of their way to be warm and welcoming. My wife largely uses a wheelchair so they were very accommodating and the hotel was easy for her to get around in, as was our room. The only downside was getting to breakfast which involves climbing stairs. But it's definitely worth it. Good breakfast, good service and outstanding views.
The hotel is located in a great place, close to many sites, so it's very easy to walk to most of them.
Would definitely stay here again!
The only great thing about this place is location. Beware of bad street noise in most rooms. There is no AC, just heating. Hard to get fresh air by opening window unless you want to deal with noise... Beds and pillows have zero support. Shower enclosure in a queen room is so tiny it’s hard to fit. I’m 130 lbs. Good luck.

location is superb, near to most of the attractions in Rome. However, the rooms are too small. Also, the weather was almost 24 degree but the Hotel decided to shot down the air conditions, which is too hot saying it’s a hotel policy in winter! I cannot understand the reason for such a rule in the Hotel while the weather is still not cold enough.
In addition, the room insulator are too bad, we had to wait to the next door room to finish shower at mid night to sleep without noise.
The rooms are clean but small doesn’t come with basic amenities, you need to ask for a hairdryer. Stayed for 5nights, there was no noise insulation. You hear everything. The staffs were very pleasant and helpful, location is not the closest to any landmarks but within 10mins to most.
The breakfast was not impressive but for free, you can’t complain. Get there early enough for a nice table you’d at least get some view
